There may come a time when in-house staff can no longer handle every HR task alone. When this day comes, your FBS HR Consultant can help you develop a strategy for streamlining in-house HR operations, or take care of things like benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, and HR policy development on your behalf.

  • Large payroll providers often provide HR services as an "add on" convenience feature for their services. While the convenience is appealing, the price is sometimes gouging. At FBS we actually take the time to get to know your business, understand your company's goals and culture, and we offer a personalized approach to HR solutions. And the best part...our services come at a fraction of the cost that larger payroll companies will charge you. Give us a try for one month and see how much better you enjoy our service. 

  • Forward Business Solutions currently does not process any payroll or provide any payroll services. Our business focuses mostly on the organizational development and employee relations aspects of HR. We do have several payroll services partners that we might be able to refer you to if you're in need of a payroll service provider. 

  • In addition to providing state-specific employee handbook templates and labor law postings, we have access to a library of resources to assist you with everything from job descriptions and drug and alcohol policies, to performance improvement plan templates and severance agreements, all while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal law.

  • Yes - managing conflicts efficiently is crucial to reduce operational disruptions and sustain a positive company culture. Your FBS HR Consultant stands ready to provide guidance and assist you when such challenges surface, offering advice and the necessary documentation for internal inquiries, resolving disputes, and formulating corrective action strategies.

  • Yes - whenever there is an employee complaint of harassment, discrimination, or sexual assault, you want to bring in an external, third-party investigator that can investigate the situation, interview everyone involved, and provide the business with a non-biased review of the findings. This protects your business from potential legal risks and accusations of discrimination or bias. 

  • Depending on the type of services provided, the size of the company, and the length of services, we will create a unique pricing structure for your business. Our goal is to retain your business by providing quality, professional, and affordable services. 

    Most services are billed hourly. However, you may also opt to pay a monthly retainer for services. Additionally, special projects may be billed with a total project rate. 

  • All of them. Any business that has people employed needs HR solutions and HR support. No matter the size of your business, we will work with you to create custom HR solutions that fit your business needs.

SCHEDULE A DISCOVERY CALL

First, I'd love the opportunity to meet you. We will schedule a time for a discovery call, which will allow us to get to know each other and learn more about your business's exact needs. These calls typically last 30-minutes. On the call we’ll go over what you’re looking for and discuss potential solutions I can offer, and answer any questions you may have.

MAKE IT OFFICIAL

After our discovery call, if we decide to move forward and begin working together, I will send an email inviting you to access your customized online Client Portal. In the Client Portal you will be able to review and digitally sign all legal contracts, review important project updates, and view and pay any outstanding invoices.

GET STARTED

Once all contracts are signed, we will begin working on your project. This may include scheduling meetings, in-person site visits, and an analysis of your business needs. After a careful analysis of your business, we will identify your goals, create a project timeline, and provide you with regular updates on the status of your solution implementation.

SOLUTIONS & DELIVERABLES

Depending on the nature of the project, once the work is completed you will receive your customized business solutions, catered to fit your business needs and any deliverables that come along with it!

PROJECT COMPLETION

Once your project is complete, we will review the project and ensure that you are satisfied with the solutions we've made together. Once we are both satisfied, you will receive a final bill for any outstanding expenses and the project will be completed.
